Is it necessary to use toner if to relaxed skin smooth?

I have oily skin and has a couple of pimples and marks (not scars). I wondered if use a toner cartridge …. going to relax and make my skin smooth? … It is also appropriate to use these products (not in a Tho day: D) 1. Stridex pads 2. Netrugena pore refining cleanser 3. Toner 4. Mositeruzer 5. on the ground? So … Will it make your skin softer?

A toner is used after a cleaner and before applying a moisturizer to eliminate all waste and to restore the proper balance of skin pH. As for your 2nd question: Be sure to read the instructions. For best results and avoid an allergy reaction, however, should use all products skin care line cosmetics sinergetically same because they work.
