"Crazy Fit Vibration Exercise Machine really work?
I am thinking of buying a machine so Crazy. I am physically disabled and can not do Lower Body exercises. This machine seems to be something I can do. Has anyone used one or own? Does it work?
For the year for results, the muscles need to do the job, so the body burns calories. If a team moves her body for you, your muscles are not working. I can see how exercising regularly while vibration could cause your muscles to work harder, but the vibrations alone can not do anything.
