What is a Meal Plan with fewer than 500 calories a day?

I've been trying all these different meal plans, but none I thin. I want someone to give me a meal plan with a minimum caloric intake. No negative comments please.

A meal plan with less than 500 calories is dangerous and can be extremely harmful to your health. Most Doctors recommend at least 1,500-calorie diet, and that's pretty tiny.
