There's nothing like a graph to show how your Weight Loss program is progressing. Surprisingly, the popular software of many online programs do not include graphics. Those who do, have only basic letters screen their weight every day, or the calories or calories burned each day, but only one time. What you need is a table that gives a snapshot of how it goes and make adjustments when necessary.
What does it take to draw?
There are many options – weight, calorie intake, calories burned, exercise activity, food intake, BMI, etc. You do not want it to be too complicated. What are the essential things to include?

I suggest that you need to plot your daily weight, target weight and your calorie deficit.

You need to a newspaper stating their weight daily. Your weight loss program should calculate your weight loss goal for each day. Let that you set a weight loss goal of 2 pounds or 1 kilogram per week. The tool you use to draw up your daily goal for yourself. You can then represent daily weight and weight loss goal in the same graph. Are you on track? Are you losing weight too fast or slow? Weight loss has reached a plateau? This is the first and fundamental thing to the table, and the second is the calorie deficit. The calorie deficit is very simple, fundamental concept – if you eat fewer calories than you burn when you exercise every day, your body needs to Burn Fat to make a difference. The calorie deficit is the difference between the calories consumed in food and calories burned each day. The calories burned each day includes, first, the calories needed to maintain your body at rest – IMR. The resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the energy required to maintain resting metabolism – your body temperature, heart and circulation, respiration, digestion, etc., plus the energy needed for normal activities like going to work, etc. is therefore IMR energy needs basic normal lifestyle without the extra year to add to its agenda. The second part of the calories burned excess calories are expended through of different exercises such as walking, jogging, running, aerobics, Fitness Training, etc. There are many ways to estimate the IMR and calories burned through exercise. Your weight loss program should calculate the daily calorie deficit for you to enter data for calories eaten, your RMR and your daily exercise. The best way to plot your calorie deficit as a percentage of your RMR, and normally should aim for a calorie deficit of around 10-20% of your RMR.

Looking at the diagram above you can see a simple graph. It should show your weight, your goal weight every day, and your calorie deficit. Obviously aim to keep losing weight near the exchange rate target. If your weight loss plateaus have to eat the less, exercise more, or change your diet to get the loss going again. The best approach is to change both your diet and Exercise Program. Often, the chart will show what works and what does not work and what has stopped working. It will show how much of a deficit you need and when you need to make adjustments. But remember it is only a guide and not accurate, but it is certainly useful, particularly when the cards with your weight each day and destination. Also remember that you do not Lose Weight immediately, it takes time to burn fat, and no water retention and other issues such as muscle versus fat so you need to see the table of more than one or two weeks, maybe more in order to resolve this. But one thing is essential to include in his letter.
Why are adjustments required?

So stay on track! Use a graphic display of the weight loss! Choose an online tool or software package offered a newspaper and a daily chart that includes your weight, weight goal and calorie deficit.
