Why feel nauseous after a Indoor Cycling class?

I just make an indoor cycling class, and feel exhausted, but also nausea. Why do you think I feel this way?

It's a delicate balance to maintain an optimal level. can be done, but you have to listen to what your body needs. some of the others is that your body is looking to feel good again. the next time you are planning to go to class, try to help himself to more than 4 needs a couple of hours before class, and I'm sure you'll do better next time. cheers
