What is all the hype about "basic training"? And – most importantly – why should you care?
The formation of its core will translate into huge profits in a relatively short period of time. This is because a strong core improves your posture, decreases the risk of injury increases its power and functionality, and gives a great look thin intermediate zone.
Core Training is rapidly gaining popularity for a specific reason: The meeting leads to a weak base.
Think about your typical workday. If you're like most people, then your day starts with a unit of 30-60 minutes of work, followed by 8 hours at your desk and then another 30-60 minute drive home. That's a lot of sitting. And all this adds up to one thing: a weak base.
What is core training?
