How many samples of concrete cylinders must be done to test compressive strength?
many were made by 50 cub. meters or 100 cubic meters? as the site of many of how many cylinders and cured for laboratory cured? how much for 3 days, 7 days and 28 days? Is there any ACI standard for that sample?
ACI 318 Chapter 5 has much info for your question. 5.3.1 ie a standard deviation of the sample is composed least 30 consecutive tests or two groups of consecutive tests totaling at least 30. 5.6.2 Frequency of tests of laboratory samples cured 5.6.4 Field 5.6.3 cured samples There may be other ACI standards only deal with this issue itself.
