Nordic Track Ski Machine is an old but still a Goodie – a classic piece of Fitness Equipment. Nordic Track was put on the map over 20 years – before the treadmills, ellipticals and home gyms.
The skiier works by simulating a cross-country skiing motion. There are 2 "skis" Roller rail moving forward and backward. Attach the strap shoes for walking and then you can move backward and forward, like you when skiing. You also have a platform at hip leaning against the support arm and pulleys to work your Upper Body (a type with ski poles).
By simulating a cross-country skiing motion of Nordictrack Skier lets you work the arms and legs (or just the legs if you want the upper Body Workout). Like skiing, you get a Total Body workout that burns calories soon.
