I have to control my blood pressure for me to exercise. What is the smallest of devices available to accomplish this?

I seen pedometers and pulse meters. I think there watches to monitor your blood pressure, and want to know what is called … please!

I have not seen one that continuously monitors blood pressure in the exercise of that pulse meters do. There are many small, home use – but I think it would check before you start exercising, and then stops at the center and check and then again when they are carried out.
