weight lifter / bodybuilder a question on the incline Bench Press?

I have one of these banks can be adjusted to make it low, flat, or incline. I want to know how much it cost for me to do Incline Bench and do my frontal deltoids come into play too. In other words, how I am inclined him? About How Far should I raise this?

45 degrees usually .. and the previous type, said it would look like, but ur delts play a role in it .. just try to focus on more weight in ur chest
