What exercise plan Weight Loss / regime / whatever?
I am interested in losing weight. Obviously, as soon possible, but also long lasting. I know I eat better, eat less, exercise Yata yata. But what if these do not work? I do not eat much, I have tons of exercise with two small children, and have a workout between 1/2-1 hours long.Didn do anything. I have a problem of soda though. Some tips, suggestions, ideas or personal stories would be appreciated. Thank you.
People can say that changing to diet soda, but I promise you it's just as bad for you. I loved coke dirnking, but decided to switch to the diet of fizzy water. It comes in lime, and peach falvours. And it's good for your diet, unlike regular diet soda. You will be surprised how many calories saved by drinking sparkling water with 0 calories, and normal tea (also 0 calories). Try to aim to lose 2 pounds a week, or else otherwise be difficult to maintain a pound on the way back!
