A portable office equipment Exercise Gym that allows users to do several workouts, including back, leg and arm, was developed by the inventors USA. This is a step towards the invention help modern workers spend most of their time in a cubicle to get much needed exercise.

One seat of the chair seat and backrest can be attached as kit components to ensure that the user can perform the exercises. The kit contains a flexible Body Exercise is tightly wrapped at the base of the chair and around the post. Thus, the flexible body is placed firmly on all sides of the post of president. The chair support is also wrapped with a flexible band.

The U.S. inventors also attached retainers in the band, both flexibility and body flexibility. Moreover, The kit features several elastic straps. The user can then determine the elastic straps for flexible body while the handle of the flexible band in the retainers. To perform the exercises, elastic bands are stretched by the user with the help of his legs and arms.

The exercise kit consists of a T-body flexible web-shaped flexible a flexible band, a first exercise of the elastic strap, a second year of the elastic belt, a coupling of the ankle, a plurality of IDs that are removably attachable to the elastic strap securable second, and a method for interlocking elastic strap first and second elastic band.

The inventors used a general, rectangular, with a plurality of retainers secure attachment as the top of the T-shaped flexible body. They also used a strip flexible material, with at least one retainer to produce the flexible band. A fastening means which secures the flexible band around the chair support is also included in the flexible band.

The elastic band first with two elastic straps at the bottom is the rubber band placed first and standing thereon, includes the first year of the elastic strap. The first elastic exercise strap has a first pair of resistance to fit pieces to tighten or loosen the band first tension. Inventors uses an elastic band second and a second pair that fits pieces to tighten or loosen the tension of the band second.

The ankle coupling of a flexible material that is removably securable to the elastic strap second. A mating hook and loop fasteners for removably securing said coupling the ankle in the ankle of the person are included in the coupling of the ankle. The plurality of attachable handles removably securable to the elastic strap second. The first elastic belt and headband attached to the second plurality of retainers in the band are flexible and supple body, using the coupling method.
