There are endless routines and strength Training Exercise theories out there, mostly aimed at bodybuilders and advanced exercisers. If you are beginner Strength Training, is very easy to become totally confused by all the anatomical terms and jargon gym. Learn the basics of any insurance routine and effective strength training is the key to success. First, you should familiarize yourself with the names of the major muscle groups and exercises that target them. So let's answer some questions that most beginners have about setting up strength training routines.

The major muscle groups

When selecting exercises for your workout is important to choose at least one exercise for each muscle group. This avoids muscle imbalances that can lead to injuries. Let's look at the major muscle groups and some of the exercises that target:

Shoulders

Deltoid – The top of the shoulder. This muscle has three parts, anterior deltoid (front), medial deltoid (middle), and posterior deltoid (the rear). Different exercise movements can be used to exercise the muscle heads. The anterior deltoid muscle is exercised push-ups, bench presses and dumbbell press. Lateral Raises target middle deltoid muscle. Seated rows, bent over rows and one arm dumbbell rows objective posterior deltoid.

Back

Muscle-erector erector muscles extending to the back and help good posture. Workout routines that include back extensions can be used to attack them. These muscles also come into play during squats with dumbbells and takeoffs.

Latisimus latissimus dorsi – Large muscles of the middle back. When properly trained they give the V-shaped back of Nice, making the waist appear smaller. The exercises include dumbbell pullovers, jerseys bar, bent rows, falling parallel bars, and milestones lat.

Rhomboid muscle – muscles of the upper half of the back between the shoulder blades. They can be trained strength by performing back lat pulldowns, bent rows, shrugs with dumbbells, weights and other exercises that bring the shoulder blades.

Trapezius Muscle – upper back, sometimes called traps. The trapezium higher is the muscle that runs from the back of the neck to the shoulder. Weight Training Exercises include upright rows, shrugs and barbell and dumbbells.

Chest

Weapons

Triceps muscle – The back of the upper arm. Oriented exercise routines to exercise the triceps muscles include pushing movements like push-ups, dips, triceps extensions, triceps kickbacks, and pushdowns. The triceps also be trained strength during the inclined planes and refused Bench Press.

Abdominals

These muscles are the rectus abdominis muscle, a large flat muscle that runs along the abdomen, the external oblique muscle and, running down the sides and front of the abdomen. The standard training exercises such as crunches the rectus abdominis muscles. Hip abductors and adductors muscles Muscle – These are the muscles of the inner and Outer Thigh. The abductors are on the outside leg and move the body. Muscles adductors are on the inside and pull the leg across the centerline of the body. These muscles can be strength training with a variety of cable adductions, hip abduction cable, ground extensions of the hip and hip abduction floor exercises.

Calf muscle – muscles calf are on the back or lower leg. These include the gastrocnemius muscle and soleus muscle. The gastrocnemius muscle is what gives the calf of his way rounded box. The soleus is a flat muscle running under the gastrocnemius muscle. Standing calf raises give the gastrocnemius a good workout, while Seated Calf raises bar are good for strength training of the soleus muscle. These muscles may be small, but can handle a relatively greater weight in weightlifting routines.
