How can I make my striptease bar less slippery?
I guess my hands are extra fat or something, because I have to clean my pole with a towel after every time i jump on it and it's getting too old! I want to know if anyone knows of a way that may make it less slippery so that not only slide down every time you jump on it. thanks!
I always bring nail polish remover pads with me to the fitness Pole Dancing class at my gym volume, and they're awesome in helping me to keep my hands. The brand I use is organic and has a citrus scent that is not as hostile as the smell of nail polish removers normal acetone. I'll post the link below. Ask your instructor (or the manufacturer of the pole if you own it) and make sure the nail polish remover will not damage the pole that is used. Baby powder will make a huge mess, so I would not recommend their use, but there is a Mighty Grip powder called some girls in my class have used. It is specifically for use in pole dancing classes and did not make a mess. As you probably know, do not wear any lotion to class. Bring a thick towel with you and Pat yourself down frequently, and the pole. If you own pole, wash it after every workout with a liquid soap washed and dried.
