How much should I feed my full size black lab?

I have two dogs with wieghts well … .. maybe a little chubby, but my lab is skinney. She is healthy and no worms or anything, but we're not sure if she is perhaps less than one year old. We feed her 2-3 cups of dry food adult 2x a day and a lot of traffic in persons and remains of bones of the hip …. she is starting to stick out. I just increased their food to 4 cups of food each day … but what is the norm?
