How do I increase my ball speed (baseball)?

I’m not a pitcher and I’m not looking to play baseball at any major level. I just enjoy playing baseball and softball with my company. I just want to know if I can throw the ball faster. I’ve played baseball my whole life and I’ve never had a rocket arm. What can I do to increase my arm speed/strength?

Try throwing every day with a tennis ball filled with pennies. Cheaper than a Medicine Ball.also try using elastic bands, there are a ton of excersices you can do to strengthen your arm. Just look for them on the internet. Also your arm is not the only part of your body involved in throwing, your entire Upper Body and even your legs are put to use, therefore if you strengthen those, you will throw harder.There is also something to be said for proper mechanics.
