How important is Weight Training with your legs?
Currently I'm in the gym 4-5 days per week, alternate days of lifting different groups … I naturally have great legs and thighs, but I'm trying to lose Presentacion all, but I do not want my legs to be more great, i dont train weight, the same cardio 30-40 minutes every day. Do you know if it would benefit my Weight Loss goals, if I started my weight training legs and instead of doing cardio, because i dont want to be bigger? 23/male here
If you lift your legs, which can release hormones that can help his other muscles grow. It also seems that you are like me. For now, you could work the legs and add a few pounds of muscle (easier weapons that, for example). Every pound of muscle you can add an extra record of 25-40 calories per day. 5 pounds of muscle can burn up to 1400 calories a week, or one pound every 2 1 / 2 weeks. You do not have that extra muscle to keep forever, just a thought to help burn more fat. However, I will say this. Legs are very strong compared to the rest of your body. You must work around. Try doing sets of 20-25 repetitions. You get stronger, less likely who are injured, and not achieving much in size (but can be more defined legs). Cardio does not work the legs up as squats and press leg.
