What is the best type of Knee Brace?
I have a bad knee that has given me problems since I was 11. I am 46 and started the exercise again. I am overweight and need to lose, I know, but when exercising this past week I injured my old "soccer" in the knee. (He previously dislocated twice and was dx'd with chondromalacia long ago). I just basically avoid the stairs and not put too much pressure on him, avoid sitting in a position where it will lock up on me. What type of knee brace would be better? There are many different types. Any better mark than another?

They normally have a hole where the ball is supposed to go. Using it for a while, adjust until you feel comfortable, and try to do your normal daily routine.
