When I decided to start taking my place sessions more seriously 3 years ago a natural question comes to my mind: what kind of ecquipment Shoud I use? It seems a difficult task for a beginner: shirts, shorts and a pair of running shoes. Stop. The decision on which type of shoes can be a real headache believe me ..
After some basic research on the web, sporting goods stores and my brother, who used to be a professional athlete in the 5,000 m distance 10.000my, I concluded that if they were to save money on something here that I needed to make sure it was not running shoes! It could save some cost much later Euros (injuries, medical expenses, or even worse: it makes me give up a healthy habit that I was trying to establish at the time).
After a couple of weeks I found just what I needed, and bought the Asics Nimbus 10, which perfectly fit my high arch feet .. but how can I reach that point? Let's take a quick tour dummy in the process of choosing the right running shoes.
Do your Wet Test!
To be brief, there are three basic types of foot, each based at the height of the arches, which affect each reducing the impact on the foot during the race. There are several ways for you to conclude that the type of foot you have, but lets not do rocket science and stick to the easy but still very effective damp proof:
1st: Pour a thin layer of water in a shallow container
2nd: A Step soft and moist in the foot
3rd: step to a shopping bag or a blank piece of thick paper
4: Step off and see the results
Interpretation of results
1) flat arch
If your footprint is visible it means you have flat feet – are probably a overpronator. For this type of foot that there are some good running shoes that could be adapted well to your foot structure, here are some examples (only for men `s shoes):

2) Normal Arch
This is probably the most common foot type (normal pronator) and occurs when he is about half of its arc on the wet footprint test. This short list can be a good start for you to choose (only Men `s shoes):

3) High Arc:
Its footprint is described a high arch and you can only see the ball of the foot, heel and travel thin line that travels outside of your foot (this is really my type of foot:) In this case, you may want to look at these models (for men `s shoes)

My Conclusion
The choice of a shoe can be a daunting task, but believe me you pay for the effort to be free from injuries due to foot problems and thus able to evolve your running gradually.
This is a great sport but simple and in my opinion, the formation basic to any athlete in any sport of Rugby Football, motor sports, tennis, swimming, etc., includes a functioning system of some kind. I started just finishing 2 km without a break, today my routine weekly includes 30 kilometers, is only a matter of being persistent, the result, believe me, is great.
