Ironman Timex Heart Rate monitors are a creation that offer the precision required by world class athletes with the functions that anyone of any age can use in their individual training programs.
In simple terms, this is a device, usually with a strap that wraps around your chest and transmits data wirelessly to a wristwatch.
Timex, a relative latecomer in this field of technology, has developed the first monitor watches that use the digital FM signal while this technology is now much more common, Timex came first.
An FM signal digital, as opposed to analog legacy system offers the advantage of a sync signal, which eliminates interference from other teams around the frequency heart and electrical devices. So if you are training outside or in the gym, you do not have to worry about signal interference that could make your session inaccurate.
All Timex Heart Monitor straps provide a continuous readout for real-time data display and interpretation and, unlike other manufacturers, have a landlord can change the battery that does not require the return belt when replacing the battery manufacturer. The sensor is water resistant to 30 meters, although it will not work underwater.

- Target Zones: A limits upper and lower heart rate. An alarm sounds when the heart rate is not of Zone
- Weather in the area: the total time spent in the area within its session
- Average heart rate: measured along the full training or per lap
- Max Heart Rate Zone Calculation: Your maximum heart rate reached at its session
Some models also support calories burned and recovery heart rate timer feature. Measuring heart rate recovery is an early warning protection against over-training.
