Any athletes who know about Good Shoes Running (Cross Country Runners)?
Hi, I'm the cross country team at my school and I just shoes new, but I'm not exactly sure r slippers because nobody in the team have shoes like that you just bought .. I ran Cross Country and college track in high school. I never really got addicted to one brand of shoes. I think the best way to get good shoes for running is going to a store tortoise and hare, or a RunningFit, or similar performance shop, and ask to be fitted with a shoe. You can rely on almost everything that you get to be a good shoe, they know what they are doing, and they sell quality products. Hey, whoa, in fact, asics you have are exactly the same pair have. I like it, they feel very well and are durable, but if you like, then follow the above advice
