Structure Triax

In Portland, Oregon, where he used to live, is almost a requirement to have Nike products. Nike's headquarters are in the Portland metropolitan area, and most everyone knows someone in Portland who works there. I'm no exception to this rule city of the Rose. In recent years I acquired a number of products Nike, including Running Shoes ever, the Nike Zoom Structure Triax Series.

While shopping in a discount store I found a pair of the Nike Zoom Trainer (for women) and quickly acquired train speed for my next marathon. I was first attracted to these shoes because they are incredibly lightweight and flexible, which is perfect for speed work and the transition to a more minimalist Running Shoe.

After taking them out for a week, I have some observations: first, are very comfortable, second, it feels like I'm wearing shoes and thirdly, I feel I can run very fast.

The Nike Zoom instructors are not protected as many of the other Nike shoes, however, these lightweight shoes to allow a more natural gait. Since they are intentionally light and minimalist, these shoes offer no arch support. The plants are so flexible that you can fold the shoe in half. Perfect for speed work on the street or in tape, these shoes have quickly become a favorite.

If you're not accustomed to racing flats, or shoes that offer a lot support or filler, then you should gradually work in these careers, since using these shoes work the muscles and progress differently than other shoes do. In addition, zoom coaches are not particularly well suited for hiking, because it does not provide much traction.

If you are looking for a shoe improve its training speed and the foot and calf strength, I recommend the Nike Zoom Trainer.
