Aluminum Fan
Canada Blower designs for low leakage and tight gas blowers and fans for containment of hazardous inorganic and organic industrial manufacturing plants and other critical applications. From the special alloy construction and shaft sealing devices are available for service Fan requiring zero or minimal gas leakage inside and outside the case.
Canada Blower has a lot of experience with gas tight and zero leakage building fans and blowers, including: shaft seals multistage lip, Buna-N, Viton and Teflon seals, mechanical shaft seals, chassis fan gasketings special, single-ring seals and double carbon sealed blowers; magnetofluidic and ferrofluidic seals and stuffing boxes with barrier liquids and stamps can be cleaned.
Specific code welding processes and special design features of the fan is used too – to ensure complete gas tight integrity.
Zero gas leaks and tight fans and blowers could be used in the following industries:

Some special alloys and frequently used materials in gas-proof fans, especially for service in hazardous, abrasive environments and corrosive temperature include:
Corten, of ASTM A36 carbon steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, stainless steels of different types, Titanium, Monel, aluminum, Teflon, rubber coating. These materials are Typical industrial applications requiring high strength alloys and super alloys too.
As an intermediate step between the design of standrard fan and air-tight design, Canada Blower offers some stages of the construction of low leakage fans and blowers – To call for industrial cusomers Fans minimize leakage due to the presence of toxic or corrosive gases in the air stream. As some of the system requirements are stricter than others, and since some of the necessary changes can be very expensive, some low-level flight construction fan offered to choose between:
1) the box fan Contiunuosly soldiers;
2) gas purged mechanical shaft seals instead of lip seals – for greater sealing capacity at the opening hole of the shaft;
3) housing construction with a solid heavy-gauge unit next to the house, neoprene seals, and Viton or Buna-N rubber lip type shaft seal of
4) full face of the sheet together, Red silicone or white nitrile.
I order to achieve an adequate seal, mechanical shaft seal should be purged. The purge of the recommended pressure is 2 to 5 psi above the pressure of the process gas.
Lip seals are fitted with two sealing elements, each one with a Stainless Steel spring to maintain contact surface. The seal assembly is lubricated with "Never seez". Ring seals mechanical seals are double or triple carbon mounted on a carbon steel housing. The seal housing is furnished with two purge ports.
To ensure fan closure, bubble soap or chalk / Kerosene tesing Fan Assembly takes place. This ensures the continuous welding seams completely closed housing (watertight).
