What can I do about a lump in my intercostal muscle?

Two days ago I noticed a lump in one of my intercostal muscles the right side. This may have been the muscle itself, just swollen. I've recently started making a lot of exercise Kettle Bell and I am a very fit person. What bothers me is that I really do not have much pain in that area. From what I read about this injury is that I doubled over in pain. Please, help.

The bumps are not always good. Going to the doctor as soon as possible Best said it's nothing but try to ignore and have something seriously wrong.
