Yes …. that are good for a number of things. They help develop your core muscles (abs, sides, Lower Back). If you sit in a chair, replacing, can be great for the back. While in the gym, you can get the right shape for different presses by lying on it and doing dumbell presses strengthn in order to strengthen its base and the appropriate form. Some people use them for other basic exercises, but most people are rare / Dont see the results with that.
