Butterfly Training

So I got the job, the money is good, the coworkers are friendly to your boss you like and then it happened. Feel your throat pounded his stomach and his heart skip a beat. He has been asked to do the last thing on earth that I ever wanted to do … yes … a presentation to his colleagues not least. Why Chief Pick me, ask your car. Chances have been doing a good job and has been recognized that the administration wants you to share your natural talent with their peers so they can learn how they are so extraordinary.
Public speaking is the number one fear of humans, scores than death, heights and fire. If someone prefers to catch fire and fall to the death of a 30-story building to speak in front of a crowd … even worse if you know the people in that crowd. I have been speaking in front of groups for many years and the same thing that prevents people who want to open your mouth, pushes me to speak with passion. Is this speaking with the passion that appeals to people and lets you remember long after your presentation is over. It does not really matter what you talking about, but when people see that they are passionate about their subject, to remember and respect.
Their presence conveys the larges of its communication to the public, 58%, how to say the words which transmits 35% and the words it uses only 7%. What does this mean for you? I like to say "fake till you make it" or "Act as if." If you are committed false front of a crowd during the presentation, or act as if you are sure, is likely to become his confidant and butterflies fly. The old adage of imagining the audience is naked is probably not the best idea if you are nervous. Your audience wants you to succeed, and if you like your audience, you like it. Your charisma and energy will be contagious when you are able to interact with the public, who will relate to you and see your good character. This will send any remaining butterflies flying in front of the field where they belong.
You can use an outline, but literally never read a speech off a piece paper. You should be familiar enough with his subject before submission, where only brief notes to oneself will be enough. Arrive early enough the presentation to not rushed and can relax before your presentation. Visualize yourself giving a keynote presentation and then see the audience clapping their efforts. This exercise is a crucial ingredient in the success of any endeavor. If you ever see Michael Jordan before a free throw, making the basket in his mind before shooting the ball. I've given thousands of speeches in my mind … and all were a great success!
When ready to give your presentation, take a deep breath and just start talking as if you were talking to a group of friends at the local tavern, only to maintain the appropriate language for your audience. Cover everything that is expected on deck and in the order provided in the covers. Be sure to see his audience in his eyes, it really allows you to connect with their audience and make them feel touched by you. Beware its "MU" and "AH", relax and have fun. Soon, that round of applause which is expected to be a reality and you will be back in his seat, healthy and safe. It is now time to imagine your audience naked. Congratulations, gave a powerful presentation.

The Tech Toc can be used by any age group for any swim distance or stroke.Features & Benefits:Patented Audible Feedback Capsule: Provides instant feedback during each hip-rotation so that the swimmer completes full rotations from side to side. Adjustable Hip Belt: Accommodates swimmers of all shapes and sizes. Set Capsule Vertically or Horizontally: Thread belt horizontally for Freestyle and Backstroke hip-rotation drills.
