Cage Fight

I spoke very badly of mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as a form of self-defense in the past, but always promised to talk about its good points someday. This time I will discuss the inherent technical problems in learning a martial "sport" and try to adapt it for use in actual combat, but also we'll show you what we can learn from modern MMA.

In the beginning, there was Vale Tudo Cage Fighting in Brazil and Russia. The only rules were "no biting or higher the eyes. "It was almost the real deal, but still told people that one of the best techniques to get out of the choking, neck cranks and many have field had to do with the proper use of pressure against your opponent's eyes. But still, it was "almost" The Real Deal, technically speaking.

Then came the big companies. They tried (especially in the U.S.) to gain acceptance by the authorities in the implementation to permit displayed on cable TV, forcing standards and increase the number of "prohibited techniques. The end result was that today's "No Holds Barred" The fighting has prevented many keys that modern sport of Mixed Martial arts has little to do with a real street fight, let alone the kind of battlefield combat against a soldier or Guy you will face.

But modern NHB can help you survive a violent encounter!

How?

Simple, only do what is not allowed to do. They specialize in it.

Eye damage is illegal? Then you know what to do when attacked!

N strike the throat or neck region of the neck (just below the back of the head)?

Now you know where to strike an opponent trying to take his life!

No kicking an opponent on the ground in the head? That's the only time anyone will see me kick someone in the head!

"Handling of the small joints, known as "bending and twisting with your fingers is illegal because they are small and fragile and can break easily, even accidentally. If they have to control the arms of someone without serious harm, which is a very good alternative to a standard armbar!

No stomping kick to the articulation of knee – the final races fighting techniques, while Thai low kicks Muai only result in bruises and cramps. Threaten lives and see what I needed use!

No head butts, elbows, strikes to the groin. . .

Learn the "dangerous, illegal techniques" – which can and will save the lives in the street!
