How well do Ould hope in a Amateur MMA event with these hours?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Jog 1 hours Speed Bag for one hour for one hour Heavy Bag, weightlifting 1.5 hours Tuesday and Thursday: Jiu-Jitsu for 3 pm Saturday: Kickboxing for an hour w / I've been sparring doing this for about two years
I would say you need to add wrestling and BJJ takedowns and defense disassembly are regrettable, and wrestling is simply the best art removal anyway. for that way if you want to take down can and land in a very advantageous position, or if you stand up you can do that. you may also want to do more striking sparring, and if possible, you should try to do occasionally make a sparring where you make the 3 to same time as a real struggle, despite its not necessary, that will help a lot. otherwise, sounds great, assuming you do everything right, and I hope they are, not only hitting a bag without knowing what they're doing. probably win the majority of people who are serious and many people who do, but the fight is somehow underestimated and is one of the most important skills in modern MMA. occaisonal also have to freak that is a natural fighter, and the guys that should go for, but havent been noticed.
