Shoulder pain after stand jitsu / MMA class?
I've had this pain in my left shoulder, stemming from my deltoid down outside my upper arm along the humerus in my brachioradialous then follows. i cannot even lift his arm or bending the elbow for more than an hour after practice after ice I and painkillers. Has the problem for a few weeks and does happen when you lift weights. The next day he feels 100%, but after one hour of practice sets out again. What could be and what I do … I know rest, go see your doctor … good I am stubborn and hate not making what I stand for one week, but has yet to resolve, and have no health insurance, for the question papers
