If you are looking for a cheap craft project to do with children, you will need to test this idea craft. Within 20 minutes, you can do several foam fridge magnets.

Appropriate Age Group: 4 and up

This is what you need:

Coloring books (with simple designs such as flowers, animals, cartoon characters, etc.)
Child Safety Scissors
All Purpose White tacky glue
Move eyes
Beads, buttons, sequins, feathers and other ornaments various development
Foam sheets (purchase 1 of each color to match your designs)
Magnets
Fine Tip Black Sharpie Marker

For the project I did with my nephews, we have chosen a coloring book that had pictures of animals in it for preschoolers. You'll want to cut the cutting pattern near (but not in) the form of schema.

We have selected the following animals: frogs, pig, monkey, cow, dog and lamb).

For the purposes of this project, I address the cow fridge magnet that we have done.

Select one foam sheet to match the color of your pet, in this case, a piece of white foam. Trace around the pattern by placing the back of the structure down on the sheet of foam. Once you have drawn, using scissors to cut the shape by cutting along the lines.

Then he took a piece of foam peach and made a nose of our cow and glued into place. Above the nose, tail, 2 eyes maneuver. Take the black fine point Sharpie marker and remove the black spots 'cow' in the body and the head of a cow. We also use the marker to color in cow's tail and hooves. Try to be creative by adding accents to your magnets, you can use feathers, beads, buttons, sequins, charms, ribbons and other trinkets left over from projects other small vessels.
