broken humerus in the arm?
I broke my humerus, last fall, was a spiral fracture completely broken in half. Everything is better now but I have a lump of bone that is normal for the way healed. How long will it take to get full strength back in my arm? Even more weaker than my left arm and my left arm is running for more than compensated for my right arm. any suggestions? And anyone else who has had a humerus broken arm does not feel the same now? mine doesn't bother me, but just keep it in an awkward position now, just feels like the normal position now. And i cannot, straight shot. I know a broken humerus is not funny … lol jk but I had broke my arm … do not know the bone is dead in the center and the bone broke through the skin (fracture) and I was in a cast for 3 months.When my arm out of the casting was All White and thin looking.I could not do much with it for fear that you had to break again.i only had to overcome fear and start working out again.Now 18 years later all we have is a scar puncture wound and a lump under my skin in the bone where healed.I, if you feel you can not do it same … try to go to rehab and see if you can get Physical Therapy for it.
