The Paleo gluten-free diet has many health claims. Allow review three claims. 1. Reduce or eliminate symptoms of celiac disease. 2. Free Diet preservatives has health benefits. 3. The low cholesterol diet. We will review these three claims and proof.

Celiac disease Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that is triggered by consumption of gluten. Gluten is a protein found in cereals such as wheat, rye, barley and other grains like. Patients with celiac disease the lining of the small intestine is damaged by gluten. Injured intestines resulting in the loss of weight, bloating, diarrhea, gas, abdominal cramps and nutritional deficiencies. If you eliminate gluten from the diet of the intestinal wall has a chance to heal. If you have celiac disease must remain on a gluten-free diet throughout life. A registered dietitian should be consulted.

Preservative Free: The Paleo gluten-free diet is free of preservatives. Originally, preservatives are added to foods to prevent spoilage. Fish with more high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, fatty acids include mackerel, lake trout, herring, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon tune. There are high levels of fatty omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseed and canola oil land.

Vegetables and fruit

Vegetables and fruits do not only lower cholesterol levels, but have a multitude of other values. Reduce the risk of heart disease and lung cancer have been linked to leafy greens, broccoli, peppers are full of beta-carotene.
