Want to have a nice body? Any method for that?

i thinking maybe buy this Slender Shaper at www.interwood.com since you lose fat but you don’t do exercice. It’s a unatural way to have a nice body. I suck at sport and i want to be better at it. But how i’m only 16, going to some big center where they are machine that helps you exercice is helpful, but i think you have to pay something and i don’t want to run outside, i live in Montreal, and i would just look stupid
Any idea, should i buy the Slender Shaper in interwood or do exercice normally like normal people and how can i go to the gym (with the big center and machine) i have no money

Money is an obstacle for many people. You’re not alone I assure you. Yet, there is no reason that should keep you from having a good body. I’m hope I’m not sounding too discriminating but if you look at all the street kids, most of them are lean and look tough. They are poor, but that didn’t stop them from having a nice physique.

It’s all about the activity levels. You have to be active. Walk more. Run more. Generally, do more exercise. Running is a great way to get a Great Body. It’s free too. Well, almost. You will need to get a good pair of Running Shoes. The girls I know with the best bodies are those who run like 4 to 5 times per week. The best thing about running is that as you do it, you actually get better each time. There is NO feeling better than feeling yourself getting fitter as you run more. It is something you can actually feel… runs becomes easier, times get faster, etc. At the same time, you will become a super efficient Fat Burning machine. There are ways to buy used treadmills in good condition. That would be very very useful, since you said you don’t want to run outside.

However, you will need to combine this with a sensible diet. That means, you need to understand the concept of caloric balance. I promise you, once you understand this concept, you will never be fat again. You will need to cut out all soda, candy, and fast food from your diet. I hate fast food. It’s really junk. Prepare your meals at home if you can. Food from the market can be bought very cheap and prepared healthily at home.
