Smart goals are the best way to truly fulfill its objectives.

Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Specific time
Lets say you want to be a better basketball player. If you just say you want to be a better basketball player who is totally inaccurate. That's not a good goal. It is not you will actually be a better basketball player.
So stop using SMART work together to see how it could be a better basketball player right way.
What what it wants to achieve that particular week?
I would like to make 10 free throws in a row.
So 10 free throws in a row on Friday?
That's what I do.
How can you really clear to attain this?
I have to focus on keeping elbows in.
Do you think you can actually make 10 in a row only focuses on keeping his elbow?
Yes …. I miss my free throws, because the elbow is gone.

So the change these questions to their objectives. Answer in as much detail as possible and its goals will be much more like to perform.
