Which is better, judo or jiu jutsu?
More importantly, why? I'm thinking in a gripping art and I just wanted opinions people before I do more research on them. Oh and by jiu jutsu, I mean both the Japanese and Brazilian style. My apologies, I said I wanted learning to deal where both you and your opponent are on the ground. Lanza would be useful, but learning how to make your opponent submit (through some description joint-lock) is what we mainly want to learn.
Japanese ju-jitsu. I suggest that what is an all rounder and covers all areas of combat. Best wishes
