According to Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health and healing, Kapha dosha (humor) is primarily responsible for fat and fat in the body and therefore reducing of Kapah is the key to a successful Weight Loss program. Here are some effective tips to help reduce Ayurveda Kapha Dosha battle and therefore obesity and overweight.
Of the four dimensions of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, in this article I will cover the physical dimension that is more important for reducing Kapha and reducing weight in the balance.
Weight Loss Tips from Ayurveda:
1. Ayurvedic Diet Weight Loss:
Obviously, a non-diet Kapha is the place to start when looking to Lose Weight. This means eating lots of fruits, vegetables, spicy foods and grains integers.
2. Exercise for Weight Loss:
Ayurvedic following guidelines must be followed for the proper exercise with respect to loss Weight:
* The more exercise is better: Kapha 's qualities fixed, dull, heavy, soft and cold are denied through the exercise. In other words, the more exercise you do more than reduce Kapha and therefore the fat in your body.
* Exercise without excessive stress: According to Ayurveda, Kapha people need more vigorous exercise, but at the same time, the exercise should not be extreme. Finding a good balance between doing too little and over do it. Break Nice sweat is good, but being totally out of breath is probably overkill.
* Be consistent: a Kapha body type has a propensity to weight gain so you need to make exercise a daily part of life. The hardest part will be to implement an Exercise Program. Once done Kapha people tend to be very determined and consistent, so you will be able to adhere to it long term. I started when is another question for Kapha types and generally requires shock treatment. In the spirit of a shock treatment, I understand that by not exercising and not losing the weight you are putting your longevity and quality of life at risk. Enough said, start today!

There are treatment modalities in Ayurveda many of which massage is highly recommended. In the context of weight loss and reduce Kapha, strong massage with light oils as mustard or linseed is useful.
5. Guidelines waiting for weight loss:
Do not take naps or go to bed early. To reduce Kapha and weight remember that you burn more calories when you are awake and be active, happy when you're huddled under the blanket.
