Jumpers: Help on my seat, please?
I've been jumping around a year and a half. I started working with problem horses, but I'm trying learn to be a very good bridge. It's fun and challenging: perfect. So I got 3 feet of my horse and I'm having problems with the landing. I know that 2-point is supposed to completely drop your heel and use as suspension, or at least that's what I was taught. I do that and right to land, without losing balance, but I can not walk the next day. I seem to have a bad knee and bad ankles because when my coach tells me I'm doing well I'm almost crying with pain. What? Is there any way to the ground without stretching and ankles?
