A minimum requirement of protein bodybuilders is one gram of protein for every pound of body weight. If you weigh 300 pounds so you need to be eating 300 grams of protein per day. If you have a very high metabolism, you need the formula above 1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight. Some foods such as meat, eggs and fish are rich in protein and contains less fat will help lead to a torn look.
