i need to increase the level of entry into my sound card can you help me?
Hey, I have a m-audio sound card delta – is the level of production is good, but entry level (for example, when I'm recording a microphone) is horrible! I get a very low signal – I tried playing with the settings sound card, but that does not help – I've heard that you should get an amp / pre amp for the sound card – Does anyone know of any cheap (or better yet free) software that does this? or any other solution besides this? thanks!
I bet your microphone needs "phantom power" (which most of the pre-amps can offer). Many microphones require power (volts) to operate correctly. What other devices you attempted in the tickets? #
