Are there any over the counter antidepressant?
I need a little more than counter antidepressants. Say not exercise as I have been exercising for a few weeks, and has not helped yet. I have used St. Johns Wart and does not work. Anything that anyone could recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I used St. Johns Wart for 1 month 3 times a day and not work.
I've heard the GNC stores sell something, do not know what its called though. Try them. but I According to others, you really should see a doctor first.
