In some 60 years, Sandra lives in the Midwest. As a practicing Dahn Yoga for over three years, his case is typical of people to improve their physical health and emotional through regular classes, individual healing sessions, art workshops, and practice in the home or office.

With arthritis, Sandra experienced a life of pain and limitations, and other related health problems. Here are his words, "Before I started Dahn Yoga

The activity always put me in pain, and without following a routine of inactivity took therefore lose interest in life. Although it did much, I was tired all the time. The local senior center to offer free access fitness machines, but for some reason could not get out the door of my 10:30 am to drive two miles and take advantage of the machines. "

Then, Sandra found Dahn Yoga. As often happens with new members, improving health was swift and dramatic. It was reported that "within two weeks after starting Dahn yoga classes, I noticed an amazing increase in my level energy. I painted the walls of 13 feet from a ladder. I felt alive again. Many of my female friends asked, "What are you doing? You're brilliant! "I answered," It is Dahn Yoga. "Although the unit to my house to the center is often an hour, I still go to at least three times a week."

Like many other professionals in Dahn Yoga, Sandra made progress in several areas of physical health. As she said, "I noticed an immediate improvement on the back. I could easily get out of bed. I went to see my chiropractor only five times in the past 3-1/2 years. I recovered from one inch in height. I felt full of energy. Then my body changed. Weighing the same as I was six years ago, I lost 19 inches in my arms, thighs, waist and bust. I wearing clothes worn when she weighed 20 pounds less than I am now. Even my vision better than ever. I rise from 2.50 to 1.25. "

As usual with the Dahn Yoga training, improvements in physical conditions lead to feel better emotionally. According to Sandra, "Driving in heavy traffic has always been a challenge for me. I became angry, frustrated and impatient. Thanks to my Dahn practice, no longer bothers me. Switching lanes is not a competition or a more personal insult. I relaxed, thinking, "It's just traffic." The traffic has not changed, but I have. "

"A number of profound questions personal long been resolved. Due to the various programs I've taken, that the founder Dahn Yoga Ilchi Lee created, I do not feel guilty or ashamed for not succeeding in some life choices made long ago. After failure to make these feelings for years, now I'm free. This greater freedom to my self where I felt good enough to start dating. Now I'm in a serious relationship with a nice guy, friendly and funny gentleman. "

Dahn Yoga has taught me that there are many ways to meditate. The exercises in class put me in a meditative state. When I start my day with meditation, all do better. The little things just do not bother me, and I handle the big things better. After being a typical type A personality of my life, I am happy to be of type B. "
