All I want to do is run?

I had knee surgery (arthroscopy and lateral release) about 7 weeks now. From 3 weeks I am authorized to run. I never was a runner for the pain in my knee. I went last week to run for 1km and I felt great. The next day I did not want 2km stop! I liked it and wanted to move on. I stopped because I did not want to damage my knee. I now alternate gym and running. At the gym I cycle. Plan: Mon — gym (15 min cycle at low resistance of 60 70rpm) sea. – Run 2-3 kilometers and karate Mi – Thu gym – Run 2-3 kilometers and Friday from karate – Sat karate – Sun rest – training a draft for the karate in karate, I am making no contact in the fight against all the leg work at all. bike at the gym, other then doing only 2 exercises for the legs, arms of the rest is too soon? Although the physio said it was okay, she would not say how much. I I see it again tomorrow night, I think.

She's the boss, asking what can be done. If you see a physiotherapist, who had also have a enormous amount of knowledge and you can configure a program for you. You do not go very far, with only 2-3 km from a tour will not do much damage. Anything else of 10 kms, you may want to discuss with your therapist.
