Let 's face it: right now, ' re all take a look at what we can do without. We 're putting off buying goods and services Don ' t really need. We 're reorganization of our budgets in a way to squeeze some more blood from the turnip.

Here are some things I 'M willing to give up a little:

New furniture 1) bedroom. I 've wanted to replace the hand-me-down furniture university we have (with the exception of our phenomenal walnut mahogany sleigh bed my dear husband built with his own hands) for about four years now. If. Well, I guess I can wait a little longer.

2) A very Swank boots and a black winter coat nice to go with it. As much as I want, I Don 't need and can get by with what I just fine.

3) Traveling in a warm place after the excitement of the upcoming holidays away and I 'm very, very sick snow and cold, gray days. I 'll have to make peace with time out and appreciate how much love my three little kiddos.

4) decoration home as needed and an interior designer to tell me where to put it. A year after moving into our new beautiful house, I 't hung a single thing on the walls. Would like to clear that up since I 'll be here a long time since # 3.

I could go on and on.

I'm not resentful to give these things. It 's just an option I ' m doing. By saying no to these things, I 'm saying yes to several others. I feel very powerful about the options I 'm saying yes to.

But there are things I will not choose to live without him. These are things that I need support beyond the obvious food, clothing and housing costs to pay every month. I need to see my friends and family in the United States. I allow the expense to drive on occasion. (Yippee – Gas prices are down, finally!) I pay for an international calling plan that allows me to connect and interact with friends and distant relatives. I will continue paying for the exercise and yoga classes to help me stay strong and healthy. And I pay for my coaching business that helps me maintain my focus, my decision and allows me to work the fears that I might cause my life and my business to have a recession, along with the economy.

Some of the costs of I 'm choose to keep spending could be seen as luxury items by some that could be reduced to save money. But I know that for me, cutting the cut too near the bone. Such cuts would weaken me and I 'd have less opportunity to stay strong, healthy, and focused on hard times (like now).

What court or choosing to do without him?

There are many places in most of our budgets that could be made lighter.

However, the court of the things in your life that helps you to be strong, healthy and balance could have a detrimental effect.
