If you have been watching infomercials during his spare time, he might have noticed that in recent years there has been a major change when it comes to exercise and fitness products advertised on TV.

Before, we used to see the new models of treadmills, exercise bikes, including weights and other Gym Equipment that allow us to perform cardiovascular and strength exercises. Now a vast majority of products sold on TV are the ones a target specific area, our abs.

This is due to the emphasis placed by fitness experts in our core muscles. The nucleus is the middle part of your body from the groin to the shoulder. Includes our pelvis, back, abdominal and chest muscles. Every move we make it originates. Therefore, if the kernel is not conditioned, that affect the strength of the muscles of others.

Think of yourself as a car. No matter what you spend and how well they care for the hood, wheels, upholstery and even if you do not take good care of your engine, your car will not do you any good. It may sound good, but if not even run decently, then, , No big deal, right?

The same goes for your body. Even if you are able to perform thousands of bicep curls and a hundred of leg curls, if the core is not strong enough, you will not be able to optimize the strength of their limbs, and worse, may even lead to injuries.

So what do now? Strengthen your core. Lucky for you, there are simple ways to do it. Pilates and Swiss ball are two of them.

Here's how they differ about of others.

The Pilates method uses your own body for resistance. Mix the proper breathing with slow, controlled movements, while the ground most of the time. In this way, strengthen the core muscles.

The Swiss ball, meanwhile, offers the instability and compromises the nucleus as attempts to balance on it. There are many fun and easy exercises you can do with it, and each contributes to our core muscles stronger.

Even without basic exercises, with proper posture when lifting weights will help out a lot to strengthen the core. Straighten the body while doing push-ups can also help.

While basic exercises are easy to perform, many are discouraged because they are easily hurt and are unable to do as many repetitions as they could.

Note that it is supposed to be like that. You will feel some discomfort in the abdomen, and who are committed muscles there. But again, it is always best to seek advice from a coach to make sure they are doing things right.
