Skipping meals is another thing that most people do. If you skip meals, especially breakfast and the time between meals is more than 6-7 hours, then your body will start to cling to its fat, which is very difficult to lose weight. And another problem with skipping meals is that their metabolism slows and you can also lose muscle. So never make this mistake and plan ahead.

Counting calories is a habit worth. Some people do not believe in counting calories. But if you want to lose weight then you need to burn more calories than you eat, right? Thus if you do not count calories then you have no idea how many calories you need to lose weight. Since more or less eat the same food throughout the year, then if you count the calories for 3-4 weeks and write it all, then no longer have to count calories.

An exercise program is certainly a part essence of his weight loss program. You can lose weight without exercise. Include not only Aerobic Exercise program with, but also the Weight Training, because weight training builds muscle and increases metabolism.
