Lat Pulldown
To facilitate the use of the Lat Pulldown machine?
Could http://s780.photobucket.com/albums/yy88/lmsb1984/?action=view¤t=ClevisPulley.jpg that make it easier to make the weight if the Cable Attachment fork fits inside or outside the cable outlet? Perhaps there is an attachment that would fit in the outer and inner half of the basin, as a form of E? This is a lat pulldown machine Ezy Fit and almost impossible to use, the cable fixing is inside. inside or outside?
Placing the cable fixing fork on the outside will not make any difference to the effort required, and would not be as safe as if attached on the inside, as it is supposed to be. I'm assuming that you already have the weight of the stack placed on the lightest setting (ie, trying to lift Oly weight), making the wheels turn freely pulley? If the pulley wheels to spin freely and settle in the lightest option, then unfortunately there is nothing that can be cheaper to make it easier for you. Are the weights in the guide rails can slide up and down the guides freely?
