How can I lose 40 to 45 lbs fast?

I lose 40-45 pounds quickly. i cannot do eercise because I have a cast on my leg …. um .. without pills or laxatives or drinks or diets fadish Slim … everything that will help me lose 4 pounds as soon as possible. thanks!

Let's be realistic. How long does it take to put that 40 pounds? Years, right? Do you think that will come out in just 30 days? We must have confidence and realize his journey, not a sprint. Most importantly, only diet. Since you cannot workout you can focus on the diet. 6 small meals a day at 2 and intervals half an hour. Low fat, low carb, low sugar foods. There are a lot of information, but use your common sense. And when I do get the cast outside the gym. No excuses.
