PLEASE HELP! How to relieve tension or pressure in the head after getting angry?

I just got into an argument with my husband and I We noticed that every time I get really angry that I feel this heavy stress and pressure in my head that makes me able to just open my eyes, I also feel that my chest is close .. What can I do to prevent this, our next argument? because we have a love / hate relationship, unfortunately I know it will happen time: (
