Fitness tubes/bands vs. Dumbbels?
Are fitness tubes just as good as using dumbbells. Sometimes I dont feel like pulling out my dumbbells to workout lol. The tubes are easy to put away when I am done.
What do you guys think? And also can you get a lean body from using the tubes or do I have to use my old standby dumbbells.
neither are gonna make you lean. the only point for both is to bulk up and build mass.(if your a guy) So if you want to get lean do some cardio like running or sports and come up with a low calorie diet. if you want to get stronger use the dumbbells the’ll work better.
