Best-ball and Band Resistance training videos?

I'm looking for videos of this core target, thighs and arms. There has to be video cardio, plus Strength Training. Target has the ball and the bands include anyone using these DVD's?

I have the next with the ball at Target. I was a little disappointed with it because the DVD was more like an advertisement for another DVD that the company does. It was not really a complete workout. Me like to buy the ball and separate DVD.
